Since its formation in 1994, Campbell Buchanan Homes has worked to create unique, bespoke housing developments in both urban and rural settings.

A developer of fine residential properties and part of the Mick George group, Campbell Buchanan Homes turned to web design agency Un.titled to build a customised WordPress website for the company.

The client’s own designs were used throughout the site, showcasing the style and sophistication the company prides itself on.

The website’s homepage features an animated homepage banner that gives visitors a superb insight into Campbell Buchanan’s work and the kind of expertise on offer.

Great Functionality

The site features a functionality that gives visitors direct access to completed and in progress property developments using an interactive ‘Home Finder’ map. Un.titled has designed this page to make it easy for Campbell Buchanan to update the map accordingly via the backend. Each development page also contains links to plot pages. Here, visitors can view galleries, excellent image galleries and videos about developments and plots, enhancing the visual elements of the company’s work from a user perspective. These pages also feature specifications, floor plans, locations, amenities and any additional information visitors may want.

Enhanced User Experience

There is also an option for site visitors to send details of properties to friends, while a contact us section makes it easy to book appointments, request brochures from Campbell Buchanan Homes, and more. A sticky sidebar menu is also in place on selected pages, providing visitors with navigational benefits and helping them find the pages they want. Information is also displayed in accordions on the developers and plots pages, making text digestible and allowing visitors to interact with the page as they please.

Easily Optimised

Yoast SEO functionality also makes it easy to optimise pages for SEO purposes from the backend. A host of different WP Plugins are also included to cater for Campbell Buchanan’s SEO requirements, including contact forms, audit logs, Google Analytics and reCAPTCHA. The site’s newsletter subscription functionality is integrated with DotMailer email marketing software, giving the Campbell Buchanan team the opportunity to develop and implement sophisticated and segmented email marketing campaigns. The website also has a mobile-responsive web design, with separate designs created and introduced for this channel.
